“The most memorable part was dealing with Viator staff who did nothing to help when their tour operator who gave us a confirmation 3 weeks ago cancelled at the last minute. We had to scramble to find a way to get to the palace at a very costly way. The staff didn’t even advise that you can get unguided tickets directly at the palace. In sum it was a costly and terrible experience that would prevent me from using Viator again in the future.”
